Belen Krabbe

I believe people know what is important to them. My goal is to first listen, then help them create a plan towards fulfilling their hopes and dreams.

As a financial advisor, I work with my clients to help them with more than just investing a portion of their hard earned pay check. At the heart of my life's work, it's about protecting the innocent when someone dies prematurely. It includes developing well thought out plans for a worry-free retirement with income streams that my clients can't outlive. It's about protecting their assets if they get sick or hurt, and, at life's end, providing a legacy when they die. I believe that the way to do business is with integrity, loyalty, and doing what is best for my clients.

It has been a pleasure to help people define and achieve their goals for 35 years. I am a graduate of the American College, and hold six designations including a CLU, ChFC, CASL, RHU, REBC, and LUTCF. I am actively involved with the Hampton Kiwanis Club, Hampton Center One, (NIALU) North Iowa Area Life Underwriters, and own Compro Casas, LLC... a company that "buys ugly houses and restore them so people have a safe and healthy place to live".

I am blessed to be married for over 34 years to Paul Krabbe. We have raised our blended family of five children and enjoy loving our ten grandchildren. We are members of the Antique Car Club of America.  I also participate with music ministry, mission trips around the world, a prayer shawl ministry, and enjoy flower gardening, traveling, and cooking meals for friends and family!

I welcome the opportunity to use my experience and education through AFEA to help others eliminate financial illiteracy. We live in a country of incredible opportunity... some folks simply need a little more help and encouragement to allow financial success to happen. I am a woman who was told repeatedly that I would be a failure. Instead, I chose to believe I could be successful.  I want my clients to also be successful.
